As Philadelphia 76ers rookie Matisse Thybulle recovers from a right knee sprain, the first-round pick was seen putting up some shots with the team at shootaround in Orlando on Friday.
The Sixers announced that Thybulle would be re-evaluated in 2-4 weeks after suffering the injury on Saturday against the Washington Wizards though a recent report indicated the guard could return around the two-week mark.
Thybulle has missed the past two games for the Sixers but is traveling with the Sixers on its current four-game road trip that begins Friday night against the Magic, as captured by our own Ky Carlin of the Sixers Wire.

The injury to Thybulle doesn’t appear to be serious and it is a good sign that he is traveling with the team but the organization likely won’t rush him back to the floor.
Thybulle has been among the top defenders in the league this season and recently began to turn the corner on offense. Thybulle is averaging 6.4 points and is shooting 54.5% from 3-point range in 11 December games.
Without the rookie, the Sixers defeated the Detroit Pistons on Monday and the Milwaukee Bucks on Christmas Day. After facing the Magic, the Sixers will play the Miami Heat on Saturday.
