Analyzing Saturday’s Indiana at Michigan odds and lines, with college football expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The Indiana Hoosiers (2-6, 0-5 Big Ten) and No. 10 Michigan Wolverines (7-1, 4-1) clash in a Big Ten East Division showdown Saturday night in Ann Arbor, Mich. The game at Michigan Stadium will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET.  Below, we look at the Indiana vs. Michigan odds and lines, and make our expert college football picks, predictions and bets.

Rankings courtesy of the AFCA Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY Sports.

Indiana is coming off a road loss to Maryland and has lost four straight games for the first time since 2018. The Hoosiers have endured scoring woes for most of the season and now — after a 38-35 setback against the Terrapins — have coughed up 92 points over the last two weeks. IU is 1-3 on the road; all three losses have come in Big Ten play.

The Wolverines return to the Big House after an unsuccessful trip to Spartan Stadium in Saturday’s intrastate battle at then-No. 7 Michigan State. UM spit the bit on the 30-14 late-third-quarter lead as coach Jim Harbaugh’s combined record against MSU and Ohio State fell to 3-9. The Wolverines lost to the Spartans despite outgaining them, 552 yards to 395, and holding MSU to a 4-of-13 mark on third downs.

Indiana at Michigan odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

Michigan 34, Indiana 17

Money line

PASS and avoid the prices alternating here as too short and too bloated.

Against the spread

The Wolverines are 0-4 ATS in their last four games following a straight-up loss.

Michigan will be looking to not only bounce back from its emotional loss to Michigan State but also to gain a measure of retribution for a 38-21 loss to the Hoosiers last fall.

But for this UM offense, figure 20.5 points as being a bit too tall of a hurdle. The Wolverines seem to frequently play down to their competition.

BACK INDIANA +20.5 (-110).

Over/Under

The Over is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings between IU and UM.

The Hoosiers played a lot of tough defenses in the season’s first half. They came out the other side with 35 at Maryland last week. Look for an intermediate total from the Hoosiers this week.

On just a sliver of a lean, figure a bit of value on the OVER 50.5 (-115).
