Brace yourself, Michigan basketball fans — star center Hunter Dickinson has made up his mind about whether he intends to stay in the NBA draft or return to Ann Arbor.
On Tuesday, The Athletic’s Brendan Quinn tweeted it was not a foregone conclusion that Dickinson would return to Michigan, but his decision was certainly imminent. But CBS Sports college basketball insider Jon Rothstein gave Michigan basketball fans a reason to take a giant sigh of relief just hours later when he revealed Dickinson is withdrawing from the NBA draft and will return to Ann Arbor for his sophomore season.

This comes along with the news from Monday that DeVante’ Jones, the Coastal Carolina point guard transfer, is also withdrawing from the NBA draft and has enrolled at Michigan as planned.
With Dickinson back, the starting lineup next season could look like this: Jones, Eli Brooks, Caleb Houstan, Brandon Johns Jr. and Dickinson.
