What else?
LSU had to get creative before the Alabama game was postponed, considering Finley was the only quarterback ready to take the field.
Orgeron had mentioned allowing other players to take a hack at playing the position, and later said that Von Rosenberg played second-team quarterback in practice.
And it didn’t seem to go half bad, either, as Von Rosenberg completed a touchdown pass that had the rest of the team cheering.
“He threw a touchdown pass yesterday and the whole team was cheering,” Orgeron said Wednesday. “We had one of our best practices yesterday, they had a lot of energy, I cut some time off and we had a great practice.”
After completing a pass today on @JrStingley I would like to announce my retirement from LSU football.
