Tony Khan and AEW will bring the penultimate company pay-per-view of 2023, Full Gear, to the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California on Saturday, Nov. 18. One of the company’s landmark shows of the year, it features a bevy of title matches and bouts to continue feuds.
MJF will pull double duty as he defends his AEW World Championship against Jay White. Despite not being the actual titleholder, White has run rampant with the belt in his possession across Dynamite, Rampage and Collision for most of the fall. As the longest reigning AEW World Champion in company history, MJF will try to reclaim the championship belt that is rightfully his.
The Plainview, Long Island native also must find a partner to defend the ROH World Tag Team Championship against The Gunns. Without Adam Cole since his broken ankle, MJF has remained the titleholder in handicap matches, but that will undoubtedly change at Full Gear. Who will step up?
