The men’s college basketball regular-season schedule comes to a close on Sunday with a slate of games, including a Big Ten matchup between the Michigan Wolverines and Nebraska Cornhuskers in Ann Arbor.
The Wolverines have had a season to forget and are likely looking forward to the pain finally coming to an end. Coming into Sunday with just eight wins in 22 total tries — and only three of 16 conference matchups — Michigan is ready to throw in the towel
The Cornhuskers have had a solid season, bringing a single vote in the USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll into play thanks to a 21-9 total tally and an 11-8 record against Big Ten competition. Currently an 11-seed in the USA TODAY Sports’ bracketology, Nebraska is teetering perilously atop the Big Dance bubble.

Michigan might not be very hyped about the game but Nebraska certainly is. The Cornhuskers are fighting for their postseason lives and will not be letting up against an inferior opponent this Sunday.
