The ‘Dawgs are once again the top-ranked team in the nation according to the US LBM Coaches Poll, having blown out the Clemson Tigers and Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles, respectively, in the first two weekends for their own perfect 2-0 mark.
The ‘Cats are 2-0 to start the 2024 campaign thanks to a Week 1 win over the Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles while opening the Southeastern Conference schedule with a victory at home over the South Carolina Gamecocks.
