2018: Atlanta Falcons (7-9)

Despite finishing the year on a three-game winning streak, the Falcons ended the 2018 season 7-9, missing the playoffs and a chance to play a Super Bowl in their own stadium. Had they done so, they would’ve gone up against Tom Brady and the Patriots again (man, this guy shows up a lot in Super Bowl features), giving Ryan and the Falcons the opportunity to avenge that embarrassing Super Bowl LI loss. Instead, they watched as Brady and the Pats took down the Los Angeles Rams 13-3 in the lowest-scoring Super Bowl ever.
