Over the years, there have been a number of Alabama players that have entered the NCAA transfer portal. A few of them have withdrawn their names and decided to return to the Crimson Tide. On the other hand, others have since departed for new programs.
With that being the case, there are several former players that are still competing at the highest level elsewhere. Tyrell Shavers, Taulia Tagovailoa, and Camar Wheaton were all once highly touted prospects coming out of high school. Each of them originally signed with Alabama before entering the transfer portal to create value for themselves at different programs
