The Hornets used a 17-3 run late in the fourth quarter on Friday for another comeback win against the Kings on Monday, 122-116.
Despite trailing by as many as 15 points in the third quarter and never leading until late in the fourth quarter, the Hornets rallied once again against Sacramento. While it wasn’t as dramatic as their win earlier this season over the Kings, it was still a memorable one.
Devonte’ Graham, Terry Rozier and Gordon Hayward played the big roles in the final run for Charlotte. Hayward led the team in scoring with 26 points while Rozier had 25. That duo combined to score or assist the final 20 points for the Hornets to come away with the win.
De’Aaron Fox had 29 points for Sacramento to lead all scorers.
