Highlights: Steph Curry leads Warriors with 34 points in Game 6 on way to winning NBA championship

On his way to winning NBA Finals MVP, Steph Curry tallied a game-high 34 points in Game 6 of the NBA Finals. Here’s a look at all the highlights.

After an uncharacteristically ice-cold run in Game 5 of the NBA Finals at Chase Center on Monday night, Steph Curry responded with the chance to clinch the title in Game 6 on Thursday.

Curry led the Golden State Warriors in Game 6 against the Boston Celtics with a team-high 34 points on 12-of-21 shooting from the floor on Thursday night. After going 0-for-9 from deep in Game 5, Curry drilled six triples on 11 attempts from beyond the arc against the Celtics in Game 6. The 34-year-old guard tacked on seven boards, seven assists and two steals in 40 minutes of Game 6.

With the chance to take home the Larry O’Brien Trophy looming, the reigning Western Conference Finals Most Valuable Player heated up down the stretch. Curry scored 22 of his 34 points with four 3-pointers in the second half alone.
