When current Bills and former Denver Broncos star pass rusher Von Miller started convening with some of the other top defensive linemen and outside linebackers in the league, you knew it was only a matter of time before his offensive counterparts followed suit. Miller, Aaron Donald, and others have exchanged pass rush tips together for a few years now.

Thanks to Lane Johnson and Duke Manyweather, offensive linemen across the NFL are doing the same.
Eagles star right tackle Lane Johnson, and his former college offensive line coach Duke Manyweather have started an offensive line summit of their own.
Johnson hosts the Offensive Line Masterminds Conference.
It now includes a host of fellow NFL and collegiate offensive linemen who have come together to help combat the onslaught of pass rush phenomenons in the NFL for a fourth straight year.
Here is how Johnson explained the process to Les Bowen of the Inquirer.com, stating that guys really don’t know the true nuances of playing offensive line.
“I feel like there’s not a whole lot of education on how the o-line is played,” Johnson said. “Really, I just want to get the guys together and kind of get a voice behind the o-line position, because I feel like there’s never been one. It’s just always been, ‘Bring your lunch pail and keep your mouth shut.’ ”
This will be the fourth year for the conference, with Lane bringing together veterans and younger NFL and college offensive linemen to get together and discuss their craft.
Here are some highlights and photos from day 1.
