Florida football is coming off a disappointing season that saw a sub-.500 finish as well as the jettisoning of its coaching staff as things fell apart in the second half of the schedule. Out with the old went [autotag]Dan Mullen[/autotag] and his crew while in with the new brought in [autotag]Billy Napier[/autotag] and his army of staffers.
The changing of the guard has left a cloud of uncertainty heading into the 2022 campaign, as the new — but unproven — regime has instilled a completely different approach to all facets of the program. However, hopes are high in Hogtown despite a tumultuous end to the Mullen tenure, which did see Florida play in three-straight New Year’s Six bowls but ultimately fell flat on its face.
