Here are the next 3 times you can see Roman Reigns on WWE SmackDown

The Tribal Chief will be appearing once in December and twice in January ahead of the WWE Royal Rumble.

Being the Head of the Table has its privileges. In the case of Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, one of them is working a schedule that doesn’t require him to be on TV every week.

The downside is that fans eager to see the Tribal Chief sometimes can’t be sure when he’s going to show up. That means it’s in WWE’s best interest to promote when Reigns will be on SmackDown so people know to buy tickets or tune in.

WWE did exactly that today, revealing that Reigns will be on hand for three upcoming episodes of SmackDown during December and January:

  • Dec. 15, 2023 – Resch Center, Green Bay, Wis.
  • Jan. 5, 2024 – Rogers Arena, Vancouver, BC
  • Jan. 19, 2024, State Farm Arena, Atlanta

Getting Reigns into the flow of SmackDown during that time makes sense as he is expected to be part of the Royal Rumble premium live event that takes place Jan. 27 in St. Petersburg, Fla. He was not involved in the most recent PLE, Survivor Series: WarGames, which ended up not needing his star power thanks to a pair of well-publicized returns.

That said, The Bloodline angle that was so hot for much of the last two years has receded into the background just a bit without Reigns around, and having him back in the mix should rectify that quickly. We wouldn’t expect a match, since Roman hasn’t wrestled on a single episode of SmackDown in 2023, but just seeing him will be enough for plenty of fans.
