Gus Johnson had 2 GUS JOHNSON moments during Nebraska-Oklahoma

“OHHHH WHAT AN INTERCEPTION!”

Gus Johnson really really loves college football.

For years now, Johnson has been one of the most hype broadcasters in all of college football. From making clutch interceptions and game-winning touchdowns sound immaculate, Johnson’s voice has accompanied some of the best moments in the sport.

And now, Johnson has done it again. Twice!

On Saturday, in the fourth quarter of the Nebraska and Oklahoma game, the Cornhuskers were yards out from the red zone looking to tighten up a 23-9 game. Facing down a long fourth and 18, Nebraska quarterback Adrian Martinez was flushed out of the pocket and was forced to make a hasty throw down field, which was intercepted by D.J. Graham on a gorgeous, one-handed play.

It was a beautiful leaping interception, and Johnson absolutely loses his mind on the call. Listen in for yourself.

What a call! And what a play by Graham to go up for that ball and snag one of the best interceptions we’ve seen this year.

This wasn’t Johnson’s only big broadcasting moment of the game either, as he absolutely lost it when Oklahoma returned a blocked extra point for two points of their own at the end of the third quarter.

Yep, that’s the stuff.
