In Cincinnati, the hype and love for Joe Burrow is real. It’s deserved, and Joe Burrow understands what is at stake in year two. The Bengals are hoping that Burrow can not only recover from the injury sustained in his rookie year, but that he can bounce back in a big way giving the franchise hope that the future in Cincinnati is bright.
The 24-year-old Burrow flashed his star potential last season before suffering a torn left ACL and MCL. After a long road of recovery and rehab, Burrow is back and on track to run onto the field for the Bengals home opener week one against the Vikings.
Former Pro Bowler and current Fox Sports analyst Greg Jennings believes Cincinnati is now a free agent destination because of the presence of quarterback Joe Burrow.

“The Cincinnati Bengals with acquiring Joe Burrow as their pick last season, they’re going to attract so many guys now because we all see the potential in Joe Burrow.” Jennings said on The Herd with Colin Cowherd.
“He has nowhere near Aaron’s level as far as his resume, but we see something there and that’s going to attract you. When you have a piece at that position that is so very important and valuable—that can be the determining factor of whether a free agent comes or he goes and turns around, and goes the other way.” Jennings continued.

If we’ve learned anything from recent history in the NFL, it’s that the league understands what is needed at the quarterback position in order to win at a high level.
AFC Coach would draft Joe Burrow ahead of Trevor Lawrence.
“If I’m comparing last year to this year, Joe Burrow is picked over Trevor Lawrence 100 times out of 100.” https://t.co/4COSoQGcbt

If other NFL players view Burrow in a similar light, and he can continue to show his true potential in year two, Cincinnati will absolutely become a spot free agents will begin to consider.
