Williams did not start for Boston and recorded three points, two assists and seven rebounds.
He was 0-for-4 from the floor, 0-for-3 in three-point attempts and 3-for-4 from the free throw line.
Boston is an Eastern Conference No. 2 seed in the upcoming NBA playoffs, and will end regular-season play Sunday at home against Atlanta (1 p.m. EDT).
Williams played for the Vols from 2016-19.
He left Tennessee following his junior season as a two-time SEC Player of the Year.
Williams was selected in the first round of the 2019 NBA draft (No. 22 overall) by Boston.
