The Cleveland Browns have now signed every single member of their draft class of 2020. Safety Grant Delpit, Cleveland’s second-round pick out of LSU, inked his rookie contract on Wednesday.
Delpit was the last of the Browns’ class to sign. First-round pick Jedrick Wills, the presumptive starter at left tackle, was one of the first 1st-rounders to sign. He officially joined the Browns last week.
Delpit was once projected as a top-10 overall pick, but his stock fell after playing through an injury for the national champions. He figures to play extensively as a rookie, though the roles in new coordinator Joe Woods’ defense have yet to get sorted out.
