Warriors at Mavericks and predictions

Prediction

Warriors 111, Mavs 109

Moneyline

Both of these teams are on the back end of back-to-backs. You’d expect Golden State, the older team, to be weaker in such circumstances. They’re actually 10-5 while Dallas is 7-5 on no rest.

The Warriors are 3 games out of getting out of the Play-In Tournament cesspool. They have more to play for right now.

Take the value with WARRIORS +165.

Against the spread

The Mavs have won 2 of 3 against the Dubs, and the status of Kuminga is a big deal. So while we’re taking the value on the ML, I don’t think it’s wise to double up with the spread. While Dallas is 8-2 straight up over the last 10, they’re 8-2 ATS as well.

This may seem preposterous, but I’m taking STEPHEN CURRY UNDER 4.5 3-POINTERS (-155). This is his 7th game in 10 days, and in those 6 games, he hit 5+ 3’s once. He went 3-for-5 against Dallas 3 days ago. He’s just not chucking them like he usually does.

Over/Under

Dallas is 2-8 O/U over the last 10, and Golden State is 5-5. The Over is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings, but the Under has hit in both matchups this year.

That’s where we’re going here. The totals were 231.5 and 233, and the finals didn’t come close. Take the UNDER 225.5 (-110).
