The Giants defied the odds by coming out victorious against the Seahawks and their 12th man. Similar to the game against the Cleveland Browns, Big Blue came into this game as heavy underdogs and went down 7-0 due to an inexcusable turnover.

However, like the Week 3 victory, the Giants took it on the chin and dished it out even harder to the Seahawks by dominating practically every single team statistic from there on out.

New York received big performances from several of its playmakers but none bigger than that of their quarterback. Jones was without his star wide receiver, Malik Nabers, but played one of the better games of his career earning him the marks of Player of the Game.

The quarterback becomes the first player other than Nabers to earn the title this season.

The former Duke Blue Devil finished the day with 257 passing yards, two touchdowns, and a 109.6 passer rating. He also added 38 yards on the ground on 11 carries.

Jones was a clear difference-maker in this game as he took care of the ball, made the easy throws, and extended plays with legs when the Giants needed it. He carried himself with poise and got into a rhythm passing, especially on the short crossing and out routes.

Having the leader of your team show up like Jones did on Sunday was huge for the team and they will hope to carry this momentum into Week 6 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
