The New York Giants (3-11) will visit the Washington Redskins (3-11) at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland on Sunday in a game that will have a tremendous impact at the top of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Opening the week, the Giants were listed as 2.5-point road underdogs and nothing changed entering the weekend as the spread sits at +2.5.
Let’s take a look at who some of the experts and insiders around the league are taking in the Week 16 matchup:
Expert | Pick | Score (if applicable) |
Mike Golic (ESPN) | Giants | N/A |
Trey Wingo (ESPN) | Giants | N/A |
Dan Graziano (ESPN) | Redskins | N/A |
Pete Prisco (CBS) | Redskins | 26-20 |
Jason La Canfora (CBS) | Redskins | N/A |
Ryan Wilson (CBS) | Giants | N/A |
Nate Davis (USA TODAY) | Giants | 23-20 |
Lorenzo Reyes (USA TODAY) | Redskins | 20-17 |
Tadd Haislop (Sporting News) | Giants | 27-21 |
Vinnie Iyer (Sporting News) | Redskins | 20-17 |
It’s an even split across the board (and even beyond the board) for this Week 16 matchup between the Giants and Redskins, but how can we not chuckle at Dan Graziano picking the Redskins? While most of his ESPN colleagues are picking Big Blue, he remains forever pessimistic about the team.
As far as score predictions, most seem to think it will be a close one-score game, including those from USA TODAY and The Sporting News, who barely altered their score predictions from a week ago (and, in some cases, for several weeks in a row).
What say you, Giants fans? Do you see the Giants picking up win No. 4 on Sunday?
