The New York Giants (2-10) will visit the Philadelphia Eagles (5-7) at Lincoln Financial Field on Monday night in a game that will feature Eli Manning at quarterback for what could be the final time in PA.
Opening the week, the Giants were listed as 8.5-point road underdogs and little has changed entering the weekend as the spread sits at +9.5.
Let’s take a look at who some of the experts and insiders around the league are taking in the Week 14 matchup:
Expert | Pick | Score (if applicable) |
Mike Golic (ESPN) | Eagles | N/A |
Louis Riddick (ESPN) | Eagles | N/A |
Dan Graziano (ESPN) | Eagles | N/A |
Pete Prisco (CBS) | Eagles | 31-13 |
Jason La Canfora (CBS) | Eagles | N/A |
Ryan Wilson (CBS) | Giants | N/A |
Nate Davis (USA TODAY) | Eagles | 23-20 |
Lorenzo Reyes (USA TODAY) | Eagles | 25-21 |
Tadd Haislop (Sporting News) | Eagles | 26-14 |
Vinnie Iyer (Sporting News) | Eagles | 27-17 |
It should come as little surprise that the majority of experts are picking the Eagles, but perhaps there is some level of surprise in that it’s so heavily weighted toward Philadelphia. We expected more than one expert to gamble on the Giants (and some others did, but they are just not a part of our panel).
There was also no real consistency when it came to score predictions. Some expect a close game, others expect the Giants to get beat up a bit and in the case of Pete Prisco, he anticipates Big Blue getting the doors blown off them.
What say you, Giants Nation? Do you agree with most of the experts or do you expect a little Eli Manning magic and win No. 3 on the season?
