The New York Giants (4-8) will visit the Los Angeles Chargers (7-5) at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on Sunday afternoon.
Opening the week, the Giants were listed as 10.5-point road underdogs but that spread has improved a bit to +9.5 as of this writing.
Let’s take a look at who some of the experts and insiders around the league are taking in the Week 14 matchup:
Expert | Pick | Score (if applicable) |
Laura Rutledge (ESPN) | Chargers | N/A |
Matt Bowen (ESPN) | Chargers | N/A |
Emmanuel Acho (ESPN) | Chargers | N/A |
Pete Prisco (CBS) | Chargers | 29-7 |
John Breech (CBS) | Chargers | 33-23 |
Ryan Wilson (CBS) | Chargers | N/A |
Nate Davis (USA TODAY) | Chargers | 23-10 |
Lorenzo Reyes (USA TODAY) | Chargers | 24-0 |
Bill Bender (Sporting News) | Chargers | 31-21 |
Vinnie Iyer (Sporting News) | Chargers | 31-17 |
In what is becoming an ugly trend, the above panel again picks against the Giants across the board. It’s the second time in as many weeks and the fourth time this season that New York has earned literally zero faith.
But it’s not isolated to this panel. According to NFL Pick Watch, only two percent of the online population is picking the Giants to win in Week 14.
The disparity in score predictions is interesting, at least. Most seem to think the Giants will hover around the 20-point range, while Pete Prisco essentially anticipates a major blowout.
