What a difference a week makes — and not in a good way for the New York Giants as they went from world beaters to laying a gigantic egg over that span.
The Giants had a chance to really take control of the NFC East, but instead, came home to MetLife Stadium and were thoroughly whooped by the Arizona Cardinals, 26-7.
In a game where the entire Giants team looked very flat, safety Jabrill Peppers was one of the few stars on the team that played well.
Peppers led the defense with 13 total tackles, eight solo, and had two tackles for a loss. He also forced a fumble.

Aside from Peppers, the defense had a rare off game where they struggled. They simply could not contain Kyler Murray and the Arizona offense.
So far in 2020, Peppers has 74 total tackles with 2.5 sacks and an interception. Peppers needs five more tackles to reach his career high of 79, which he had back in 2018.
