Giants’ Sterling Shepard, Darius Slayton among 4 out vs. Cowboys

New York Giants receivers Sterling Shepard and Darius Slayton, and captain Jabrill Peppers, are among four ruled out vs. the Dallas Cowboys.

The New York Giants took the practice field on Friday for the final time ahead of a Week 5 game against the Dallas Cowboys and things were less than positive.

Despite head coach Joe Judge implying all players had a chance to suit up on Sunday, wide receivers Sterling Shepard (hamstring) and Darius Slayton (hamstring), and safety Jabrill Peppers (hamstring) were noticeably sidelined.

The same can be said for left tackle Andrew Thomas (foot), whose injury seems significantly worse than routine.

The former three have officially been ruled out. Thomas is questionable.
