Giants’ Logan Ryan is leading vote-getter at FS for NFC in Pro Bowl

New York Giants veteran Logan Ryan is the leading Pro Bowl vote-getter at free safety in the NFC.

The New York Giants have several potential Pro Bowlers this season, which we at Giants Wire had gone over previously. However, one player we (perhaps foolishly) omitted from that list was safety Logan Ryan.

Ryan is currently second on the team in tackles (59), trailing just NFL leader Blake Martinez (96). The veteran has also recorded seven passes defensed, one interception, one sack and one fumble recovery.

That partial season performance has caught the eye of Giants fans and Pro Bowl voters alike, and Ryan currently leads the NFC crop of free safeties in votes.

Ryan is the only Giant currently leading his positional group in Pro Bowl votes, but others are likely to be somewhere within range of making the game day roster (for a game that won’t be played due to COVID-19).

Pro Bowl voting remains open and Giants fans can help Big Blue players make the All-Star roster by casting their votes over at NFL.com.
