No prospect is pro-ready
The Giants will rely heavily on their upcoming draft class, but that may not be great news for the team — at least not in Judge’s eyes.
Judge made it clear that he doesn’t believe any college player is “pro-ready” until they get into the NFL’s strength and conditioning program and begin to learn the system.
Judge says what rookies find out quickly is that "none of them" are pro ready. They all need coaching and strength work, etc. So when he looks at who to draft, it's about who will be the best player over the long term. #Giants
