The Georgia Bulldogs and head basketball coach Mike White have offered a scholarship to Jacob Wilkins, who is the son of former Georgia legend and NBA great Dominique Wilkins.
Jacob Wilkins is a member of the class of 2025. He plays high school basketball for Parkview High School in Lilburn, Georgia.
The 6-foot-8, 165-pound small forward also has a scholarship offer from the Alabama Crimson Tide. Wilkins is lengthy and athletic. He excels in transition play and is a good dunker. He will continue to add to his frame throughout the remainder of his high school career.
It will be fun to watch Jacob Wilkins make a name for himself. Wilkins plays on the same high school basketball team as five-star athlete Mike Matthews, who is the No. 1 football recruit in Georgia in the class of 2024.
Dominique Wilkins played basketball at Georgia from 1978-1982. He was the No. 3 pick in the 1982 NBA draft. Wilkins played the majority of his NBA career for the Atlanta Hawks and made the hall of fame.
