Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens had a huge game on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. Pickens finished with four catches for 83 yards and a receiving touchdown. Unfortunately, he finished the game about as poorly as possible when he was ejected after spearing Cincinnati wide receiver Tyler Boyd on a late onside kick attempt.

As you can see from the video below it was pretty obvious Pickens was frustrated and opted to let his emotions get the best of him. Boyd gives himself up to recover the kick and despite it being a dead ball, Pickens flies in and drops his head straight into Boyd’s facemask.

We won’t be at all surprised if this hit costs Pickens a hefty fine but won’t be suspended further. The Steelers lost to the Bengals 37-30 and fell to 3-7 on the season.
