The New England Patriots had quite a few things go their way to improve their 2024 NFL draft position, including a 10-6 loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
With the Arizona Cardinals and Chicago Bears both winning this week, the Patriots are now up to the third overall selection in the draft. As New England continues to freefall, their potential draft prospects continue to get better.
The team needs help at a multitude of positions, but most notably, they could be in the market for a quarterback. Caleb Williams headlines the quarterback position, and he could be an option for a Patriots team that needs a spark.
They could also use a playmaking wide receiver, which is led by Marvin Harrison Jr. next year. There are plenty of directions New England can go. Yet, the biggest question remains who will be making the decisions.
