Unfortunately for Muniz, he didn’t get to finish the race after being involved in an early accident. The 38-year-old driver finished in 33rd place for Joey Gase Motorsports. As of now, Muniz doesn’t have a publicly announced next start yet.

Based on the images, Muniz may have an ownership stake in Joey Gase Motorsports if the name is now Gase-Muniz Motorsports. It will be interesting to see if anything comes from the images leaked on social media. If they come true, having Muniz as a team owner in NASCAR would be a massive development.
