It’s “all gas” on the recruiting trail for Texas right now.
After landing three commitments over the weekend, the Longhorns have emerged as the favorite in several other recruitments. The latest recruiting prediction to favor Texas came from 247Sports’ Mike Roach.
Roach entered a medium confidence prediction for four-star wide receiver Aeryn Hampton. On3 rates Hampton as the No. 25 wide receiver in the country for the 2024 recruiting class.
In 2022, Hampton hauled in 55 receptions for 1,161 yards and 13 touchdowns for Daingerfield High School. He was named the Texas District 11-3A D-II Co-MVP as a junior.
