Former Wisconsin linebacker Vince Biegel is still trying to stick around in the NFL. Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reported earlier today he worked out with the Las Vegas Raiders ahead of the team’s third preseason game.
The former Badger has spent six years in the NFL after playing at Wisconsin from 2013-2016. He started with the Packers in 2017 as an undrafted free agent, signed with the Saints in 2018, was traded to the Dolphins in 2019 and stayed there through the 2021 season before his most recent stop in Baltimore.
Biegel has played in 43 games over those six years, totaling 81 tackles, 13 quarterback hits, 2.5 sacks and one interception. His best year came in 2019 in Miami when he started 10 contests.
