Williams was 2-for-5 from the floor, 1-for-3 from beyond the 3-point arc and 2-for-2 from the free throw line.
Williams was a first-round pick by the Celtics in 2019 after being a two-time SEC Player of the Year during his sophomore and junior years with the Volunteers.
In Phoenix, the Suns outlasted Philadelphia, 114-104, at Footprint Center.
Tobias Harris started at forward for the 76ers and played 38 minutes. He had 17 points, eight rebounds and two assists.
Harris was 8-for-14 from the floor and 1-for-5 in three-point attempts.
