Three-star cornerback Ronald Lewis has had an up and down recruiting cycle.
Lewis originally announced his commitment to Colorado back in June. In August, he surprisingly flipped his commitment to Texas after receiving an offer from Steve Sarkisian just hours prior.
Once Texas’ 2022 class began to fill up with numerous blue-chip prospects, Lewis once again began to look elsewhere. On Wednesday, the Louisiana native announced that he will continue his playing career at TCU.

The Horned Frogs extended an offer to Lewis on Jan. 23 and he received a crystal ball prediction to TCU one day later.
On the 247Sports composite, Lewis ranks as the No. 981 player and the No. 91 cornerback in the country. Within the state of Louisiana, he is the No. 44 overall player.
Landing Lewis bumps TCU’s 2022 class to No. 55 in the country.
