Former Sixers wing Trevelin Queen signs two-way deal with Pacers

Former Philadelphia 76ers wing player Trevelin Queen will sign a two-way deal with the Indiana Pacers.

With the regular season approaching, the Philadelphia 76ers had to make some tough decisions when it came to getting the roster down to the NBA limit of 15.

On Sunday, the Sixers waived Trevelin Queen after bringing in the 2022 G League MVP on a deal early in free agency. Queen only played in one preseason game after suffering a head injury and entering the concussion protocol. He did not play in their next preseason game, and the Sixers decided to move on.

On Tuesday, Queen landed on his feet rather quickly. He is signing a two-way deal with the Indiana Pacers. Considering Indiana is in a rebuild, this gives Queen an opportunity to play and show what he can do.

As for the Sixers, they will finish the preseason schedule on Wednesday when they take on the Charlotte Hornets at home.
