Former Ravens QB Trent Dilfer says former Titans DC Gregg Williams stole playbook in 2000

Former Ravens quarterback Trent Dilfer said that former Tennessee Titans defensive coordinator Williams stole his playbook

The Baltimore Ravens put together one of the greatest defenses of all time during the 2000-2001 season. They went onto win the Super Bowl that season, but went through plenty of offensive struggles to get there.

Baltimore entered the year with Tony Banks as their starter, but his struggles led to his benching, which put Trent Dilfer in the drivers seat. When the Ravens played the Tennessee Titans during the regular season, Dilfer told a story about how he had lost his playbook. Later on, the quarterback revealed that Tennessee defensive coordinator Gregg Williams admitted to stealing the playbook out of the team’s locker room, as portrayed in a story during the “Bullies of Baltimore” 30 for 30 documentary that aired on ESPN.
