Former Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield continued his fantastic bounce back season on Sunday night in the Cleveland Browns‘ 20-6 win over the New York Giants.
Mayfield went 27/32 passing for 297 yards and two touchdowns and the win that puts the Browns in a fantastic position toward making the playoffs for the first time in well over a decade.
His first touchdown pass came to a relatively wide open Austin Hooper, but his second one was a dime as he threaded the needle to find Jarvis Landry in the back of the endzone to extend Cleveland’s lead late in the first half.

Now at 10-4, Cleveland is extremely close to locking up a playoff spot with two weeks left to play. They’ll stay in the same stadium they were in tonight for next week when they take on the New York Jets before finishing the season at home against the rival Pittsburgh Steelers.
