The Cincinnati Bengals have been close all season, and managed to pull another one off over the Titans on Sunday.

The Cincinnati Bengals have been close all season.

At 1-5-1 entering Week 8, four of Cincinnati’s five losses were by five points or less.

On Sunday, rookie quarterback Joe Burrow and the Bengals faced the 5-1 Tennessee Titans.

Burrow was fantastic, completing 26-of-37 passes for 249 yards and two touchdowns in Cincinnati’s 31-20 win over the Titans.

The win also marked the Bengals’ first since a Week 4 victory over Jacksonville.

Burrow also had one of the more impressive seven-yard runs you’ll ever see, especially for a quarterback not named Lamar Jackson.

The former LSU star — and No. 1 overall pick of the 2020 NFL draft — continues his excellent rookie season. Burrow is completing over 67 percent of his passes for 2,272 yards and 11 touchdowns. He has also rushed for three scores.

The Bengals are off next week, but have a huge matchup with the undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 10. The Steelers currently have one of the better defensive units in the NFL.
