Former LSU catcher [autotag]Hunter Feduccia[/autotag] has received a call-up to play for the [autotag]Los Angeles Dodgers[/autotag].
Feduccia transferred to LSU from LSU-Eunice and made 48 starts behind the dish for LSU in 2018. He had a .233 batting average with 10 doubles, one triple, three homers, 31 RBI, and 22 runs scored. Those numbers were good enough to get him drafted in the 12th round of the 2018 MLB draft by the Dodgers.
This season, Feduccia has played 64 games for the Dodgers Triple-A affiliate, the [autotag]Oklahoma City Baseball Club[/autotag]. He has had a stellar year as he has a .295 batting average with 14 doubles, three triples, five homers, and 42 RBI.
Feduccia was called up to help the Dodgers take on the Houston Astros this weekend. This season was his sixth season playing professional baseball and he finally got the call to play in the majors for the team with the best record in baseball.
