Former Georgia linebacker D’Andre Walker has been hired by the UGA Athletic Association as a full-time intern.
Walker, who was selected in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL draft by the Tennessee Titans, joins his former fellow UGA linebacker Juwan Taylor as an intern with the school. Taylor was hired last month as a player development assistant.
Walker had a very solid career at UGA and recorded 7.5 sacks his senior year with the Bulldogs, but unfortunately tore his ACL prior to the 2019 NFL season, forcing him to sit out his rookie year.
The former four-star out of Fairburn, Georgia most recently played with the Seattle Seahawks.
