Former Georgia Bulldogs defensive back Divaad Wilson has declared for the 2023 NFL draft. Wilson transferred from Georgia to UCF to be closer to home following the 2019 college football season.
Defensive back Divaad Wilson has been a key player for UCF. In 2022, Wilson accumulated 41 total tackles including 32 solo tackles. The senior defensive back has three interceptions and a forced fumble for the Knights.
Wilson additionally had an impressive season at UCF back in 2021, when he recorded 71 tackles and intercepted two passes.
The former Georgia defensive back has the talent to play at the next level. UCF football plays Duke in the Military Bowl on Dec. 28.
Wilson announced that he will be entering the 2023 NFL draft via Twitter. He thanked both Georgia and UCF in a nice statement.
