Former Eagles linebacker Haason Reddick to join Jets after ending holdout

Former Eagles linebacker Haason Reddick end holdout and will report to the Jets

Only Haason Reddick knows how successful his holdout is, but the veteran pass rusher will finally join the Jets after missing the first six games of the 2024 season.

Adam Schefter reports that Reddick will report to the Jets on Monday. According to his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, he hopes to reach a long-term deal.

According to Schefter, the Jets have agreed to waive over $12 million in fines in return for Reddick honoring his contract for the remainder of the season and reporting for work.

Last season, Reddick finished 15th in the league with 11 sacks and made his second straight Pro Bowl.

He recorded double-digit sacks for the fourth consecutive season, leading his team in that category and tying for 15th in the NFL. Outside of the sacks, though, Reddick’s numbers were poor by his standards.
