Former Clemson running back Lyn-J Dixon no longer with Tennessee football

Lyn-J Dixon is no longer with Tennessee football.

Former Clemson running back Lyn-J Dixon is on the move once again. After just 18 days with the Vols, Dixon will be looking for a new team.

The running back spent four seasons with the Tigers Clemson, where he rushed for 1,420 yards and 13 TDs. Dixon announced last November that he would be transferring to West Virginia. After a short stint with the Mountaineers, Dixon announced that he would enter the transfer portal for the second time in June, which led to him joining Tennessee.

What’s next for Dixon is uncertain after failing to play a snap for either West Virginia or Tennessee before leaving the programs.
