Former Alabama WR JoJo Earle transferring to TCU

Former Alabama wide receiver JoJo Earle announced that he is transferring to TCU. Earle spent two seasons with the Tide.

Alabama has seen several starters enter the transfer portal over the last two weeks. One of them is former starter, JoJo Earle. The Texas native recently announced that he is transferring to TCU via his Twitter account.

Earle spent two seasons in Tuscaloosa. Out of all of the transfers, this might have been one of the more surprising. As a member of the Tide’s receiving corps, he hauled in 24 receptions for 303 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Despite suffering a season-ending injury as a freshman, Earle still saw significant playing time during his sophomore season. With Earle transferring, the Tide will likely turn to players like Isaiah Bond, Kobe Prentice, and Kendrick Law in their bowl game against Kansas State.

Roll Tide Wire will continue to follow Earle’s collegiate career as well as other Alabama football news.
