After it was reported that Paul Finebaum and Marcus Spears would no longer be members of SEC Network’s “SEC Nation” pregame show on Saturdays, their replacements have been named.
Jordan Rodgers, brother to Aaron Rodgers and former star of “The Bachelorette,” will be filling one spot. The other will belong to former Alabama safety Roman Harper, as made public by Sports Business Daily.
Harper will specifically fill Spears’ spot as an analyst.
The former Alabama safety was drafted in the second round of the 2006 NFL draft by the New Orleans Saints, where he’d spend most of his 10-season career.
Harper will also be inducted into the New Orleans Saints Hall of Fame.
One of the biggest and best honors I’ve received in my lifetime. Being recognized as a @Saints hall of gamer is something my family and I will cherish the rest of our lives. Who Dat 4 Life🤟🏾🤟🏾 And Roll Tide one more time for all my LSU haters out there that I’ve grown to love🤟🏾🙏🏾 https://t.co/5rmZCRsvNv
