On Monday, former Alabama QB AJ McCarron announced on Instagram that he has resigned with the Houston Texans.
It’s unclear at this point how many years the contract is for, and how much it’s worth.
McCarron earned his first start since 2015 during Houston’s regular season finale against the Titans. He completed 21 of his 36 pass attempts for 225 yards and one interception. He also had a rushing touchdown.
At Alabama, McCarron racked up 9,019 yards passing, 77 TDs, and 15 INT.
