Florida at Vanderbilt: Thursday betting odds for Commodores road matchup

Here are Thursday’s lines for this weekend’s matchup in Nashville against Vandy, according to BetMGM.

Florida football is coming off its bowl game-clinching win on Senior Day in the Swamp last Saturday against the South Carolina Gamecocks and now turn its attention to its final Southeastern Conference opponent of the season, the Vanderbilt Commodores.

The Gators were not the only ones to score big the previous week as Vandy pulled off an upset of the Kentucky Wildcats on the road to snap a 26-game conference losing streak. The Week 12 matchup features a pair of the SEC’s founding schools in 1933 who share a long history against each other on the gridiron.

Florida has dominated the all-time series with a 43-10-2 record dating back to 1945. Interestingly, Vanderbilt won the first three games and held the series lead until 1962, when the Gators took the lead for good at seven games to six. The Commodores’ last win came back in 2013 when they snapped a 22-game losing streak in the Swamp, spoiling Florida’s homecoming game.
