Steve Sarkisian very well could be the man to lead Texas back to relevancy, but Rome wasn’t built in a day and there’s plenty of work to do.
For starters, Georgia and Alabama each typically have solid defensive units that make game-changing plays against top opponents. A strong front seven is something the Longhorns haven’t had in quite some time now and must be addressed moving forward.
Recruiting top classes in the nation on a consistent basis will obviously help improve just about every position on the team as well, and Sarkisian is on the right track with that as his first full class is currently rated No. 5 in the nation.
