The Boston Celtics made a speedy move in the early days of the NBA’s 2023 free agency period by signing 6-foot-7 free agent forward Oshae Brissett as their first move of the offseason. The 25-year-old player from Canada brings a total of four years of NBA experience, having previously played for the Toronto Raptors and the Indiana Pacers.
Joining the Celtics’ roster for the 2023-24 season offers Brissett his first likely opportunity to play some postseason basketball, which he plans to bring “energy and excitement” to Boston in the process per an article by team reporter Taylor Snow about the new Celtics swingman.
